  1. Intro to business models — common types and examples (product, marketplace, subscription, freemium, broker).
  2. Choosing a model — customer fit, channels, pricing and revenue streams.
  3. Minimum Success Criteria (MSC) — set 1–3 clear, measurable goals.
  4. Value Proposition — formula and drafting a one-line statement.
  5. Competitive positioning — mapping competitors and identifying advantages.
  6. Metrics & measurement — pick priority KPIs and how to track them.
  7. Summary & next steps — consolidate into a one-page plan and run a validation experiment.
